Inside Sales Representative

We are expanding our LEXANTM Inside Sales Team and looking for an enthusiast multilingual talent, open to work in a dynamic environment.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE- FULLTIME

The Inside Sales team is part of the EMEA Films&Sheets Commercial organization and is responsible for our customers from this region, supporting in the back-office our Key Account Leaders. The Inside Sales team works closely with Supply Chain (Planning, Logistics, Masterdata Team), Finance (Accounts Receivable and Risk Management) and Product Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• You are the solid liaison between the external customers and the internal Polyvantis Films & Sheets organization.

• You understand and translates customers` needs into internal requests

• You have frequent contact with the customers to discuss pricing, progress of current orders, to inform them about product leadtimes & delivery options and to answer basic technical questions about our products

• Responsible for processing customers offer, orders and eventual claims into the system

PROFILE

• Enthusiastic personality that likes the challenge of finding the optimum between customer service and business objectives

• You need to deliver a good understanding of the total Order-to-Cash process and have the commercial skills to bring both positive but also challenging news to your customers.

• Accuracy in execution of daily tasks and eye for process optimization round up your profile.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English, good German and/or Italian/French skills of additional value

• HBO+

• Experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales in B2B environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset

• Demonstrated time management and organization skills: Ability to perform multiple tasks and quickly switch between topics

• Dedicated team player, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to easily build customer relationship and internal network
