Job description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in the BeNeLux region, particularly targeting the Netherlands and Flanders. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and developing sales strategies that align with our company’s objectives

Your assignments :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Netherlands and Flanders.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Represent Lessine at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical sales and project engineers) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as established by management.

Your profile :

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the bulk products sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Netherlands and Flanders markets, an established network in the region is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the BeNeLux region.
  • Valid driver's license.
