We are seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist to collaborate closely with Clients Design & CRM teams to execute and optimize campaigns for Clients Gift Card and Gifting Marketplace offerings. This role will focus on managing end-to-end campaign execution, analyzing performance, and driving growth in the gift card and gifting segments. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM tools, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure impactful engagement with Clients customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Clients CRM team to plan and execute targeted campaigns for the Gift Card and Gifting Marketplace offerings.

- Manage campaign lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, report on results, and recommend optimizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Local Ops, Legal, Local Marketing, Product Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and customer experience.

- Monitor customer behavior and trends to create personalized, effective messaging.

Qualifications:

- Experience with CRM platforms, campaign management, and data analytics.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Familiarity with gift card or e-commerce offerings a plus.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
