Job Description:

• Deliver technical training sessions on automotive diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on demonstrations at customer locations.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to assess training needs and schedule sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies to improve training programs.
• Travel frequently within Europe to conduct on-site training.

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket, with expertise in vehicle diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
• Previous relative experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
