Our client, an innovative startup pioneering AI solutions in entertainment, conversational care, and commerce, is seeking a proactive Onboarding & Customer Relations Specialist to enhance their customer experience.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure customers experience a smooth onboarding process and continue to receive exceptional support throughout their journey with the platform.
Relationship Management: Serving as a reliable, friendly point of contact, regularly checking in and proactively addressing customer needs.
✅ User Engagement: Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, helping users maximize their platform usage.
✅ Collecting user feedback and liaising closely with the product team to drive platform improvements.
✅ Basic Technical Support: Around 1 year’s experience in customer onboarding, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
✔️ A genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and Large Language Models (LLMs).
✔️ Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
