Job Purpose | Manager Quality Assurance & Control - IMRES (Netherlands)

In this Quality leadership role, you will ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across the Imres group. You will oversee ISO (9001/14001), GDP (EU/WHO), and MQAS adherence across multiple locations, while supporting operational excellence through process optimization and digital innovation.

With a strong cross-functional approach, you integrate quality standards into daily operations, optimize processes, and promote a culture of compliance, efficiency, and innovation. You support performance monitoring through data-driven insights and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall supply chain and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities and activities:

• Ensure full compliance with ISO (9001/14001), GDP (EU/WHO), MQAS and DP World quality standards across all operations
• Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and quality control processes, while managing CAPA and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and mitigate quality risks through structured documentation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams to integrate quality in all processes
• Monitor performance using KPIs and data analytics to optimise workflows, efficiency, and operational compliance
• Implement training, best practices, and digital solutions to support a culture of quality and innovation
• Engage with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to enhance end-to-end supply chain and operational effectiveness
• Guide employees to adhere and enhance product quality control measures and product quality expectations

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare (Pharmacist preferred)
• 8+ years in quality operations in a pharma, medical, or healthcare setting
• Expertise in ISO, GDP and regulatory frameworks (MQAS/GMP is a plus)
• Strong cross-functional leadership and audit experience
• Operational mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel (e.g., to Dubai, Mumbai, Lelystad)
• You have knowledge of the MS Office package and quickly adapt to other systems
• You are a dare and care leader, with strong team player and excellent command of Dutch and English.
