IMRES is looking for a Manager Quality Assurance & Control
Founded in 1980, IMRES is a social enterprise dedicated to providing access to high-quality medicines and medical products for people in low- and middle-income countries. Job Purpose | Manager Quality Assurance & Control - IMRES (Netherlands)
In this Quality leadership role, you will ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across the Imres group. With a strong cross-functional approach, you integrate quality standards into daily operations, optimize processes, and promote a culture of compliance, efficiency, and innovation. You support performance monitoring through data-driven insights and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall supply chain and operational effectiveness.
Ensure full compliance with ISO (9001/14001), GDP (EU/WHO), MQAS and DP World quality standards across all operations
Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and quality control processes, while managing CAPA and driving continuous improvement
Identify and mitigate quality risks through structured documentation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams to integrate quality in all processes
Monitor performance using KPIs and data analytics to optimise workflows, efficiency, and operational compliance
Implement training, best practices, and digital solutions to support a culture of quality and innovation
Engage with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to enhance end-to-end supply chain and operational effectiveness
Guide employees to adhere and enhance product quality control measures and product quality expectations
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare (Pharmacist preferred)
~8+ years in quality operations in a pharma, medical, or healthcare setting
~ Operational mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
~ You have knowledge of the MS Office package and quickly adapt to other systems
~ You are a dare and care leader, with strong team player and excellent command of Dutch and English.
Hybrid work setup (1 remote day), full-time contract with intent to extend
