As you begin your journey with XPENG, you will first focus on learning the core aspects of your role and familiarizing yourself with the company's operations. During this onboarding phase, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor (your buddy), who will guide you, answer your questions, and help ensure a smooth start to your responsibilities.

Daarnaast biedt de Technical Support Manager technische ondersteuning aan het Xpeng Benelux netwerk en interne belanghebbenden, en draagt bij aan de verbetering van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. De ideale kandidaat zal een sterke technische achtergrond hebben, uitzonderlijke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en oog voor detail hebben.

Kwalificaties:
• Bachelor's diploma in Automotive Engineering of een gerelateerd technisch vakgebied.
• 5+ jaar ervaring in technische aftersales ondersteuning in de auto-industrie.
• Sterke technische kennis van EV's en het vermogen om complexe systemen en processen te begrijpen.
• Uitstekende probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.
• Bekendheid met kwaliteitsnormen en wettelijke vereisten die relevant zijn voor de branche.
• Effectieve communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van een andere Europese taal is een pluspunt.
• Sterke Customer Service mindset.
• Vermogen om samen te werken in cross-functionele teams en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
