Technical Training Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support the administration, scheduling, and tracking of technical training programs across multiple European countries.

Your Role:

• Training Administration & Coordination – Plan and schedule training sessions, manage participant lists, and coordinate with trainers, venues, and vendors.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and progress in our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Communication & Support – Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding training schedules, requirements, and completion status.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all training records align with company policies and legal requirements across different European countries.
• Process Improvement – Assist in optimizing training workflows, documentation, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with HR, technical teams, and external training providers to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

What You Bring:

• Experience – Strong background in training coordination, administration, or HR support, ideally within the IT, data center, or technical industries.
• Organizational & Administrative Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
• Communication Skills – Fluent in Dutch & English (additional European languages are a plus). Tech-Savvy – Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, and training software is an advantage.
• Flexibility to Travel – Up to 25% within Europe (European passport required).
