The role
As a sharp, driven, and analytical Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing led growth initiatives focusing particularly on our navigation SDK’s, Fleet Solutions (Fleet Management, Ride sharing and hailing). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading the expansion and adoption of our technology, working closely with our Head of Growth – to whom you report directly - and our Head of Product and Product Owners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective marketing strategies to help grow revenue from current and new B2B customers as well as the monetization of our consumer app – Magic Earth. You will also be crucial in shaping the product offerings based on market needs and feedback. You will embrace the dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where you bring structure and strategic direction through data driven decision making processes to our growth efforts.
Tasks
- E-commerce Management: Oversee all our e-commerce operations/app-store activities ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions and customer retention.
- Paid Advertising: Develop and manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, ...) to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
- SEO: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and attract qualified traffic and leads to our website.
- Account Based Marketing: Develop and manage account-based marketing programs to expand our reach and generate revenue through new partnerships.
- Performance Marketing: Analyze website traffic, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance across all channels.
- Events and Conferences: Support our sales team on industry events and conferences.

What you offer:
- MSc degree - Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- 3-5 year work experience
- Strong background in product management, sales and marketing, preferably in digital products or technologies relevant to micro-mobility
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced, international environment
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with KPI-driven performance management
- Proven experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO best practices, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for the mapping and mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup.
- Fluent in English --> you need to write all our marketing materials
- European residence and work permit in an EU country
Desirable :
- Deep understanding of the Map, Location & Navigation industry and emerging trends
- Experience in sectors like fleet management, ride-sharing technologies
- Familiarity with micro mobility product marketing
- Startup and/or scale-up experience
