Performance Marketing Manager - Digital


As a sharp, driven, and analytical Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing led growth initiatives focusing particularly on our navigation SDK’s, Fleet Solutions (Fleet Management, Ride sharing and hailing). You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective marketing strategies to help grow revenue from current and new B2B customers as well as the monetization of our consumer app – Magic Earth. You will embrace the dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where you bring structure and strategic direction through data driven decision making processes to our growth efforts. Paid Advertising: Account Based Marketing: Develop and manage account-based marketing programs to expand our reach and generate revenue through new partnerships. Performance Marketing: Analyze website traffic, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance across all channels. Support our sales team on industry events and conferences. Full time 40h position ~ The possibility to work remote, we expect flexibility including traveling MSc degree - Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field ~Strong background in product management, sales and marketing, preferably in digital products or technologies relevant to micro-mobility ~ Proven experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital advertising. ~ In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO best practices, and affiliate marketing strategies. ~ Proficiency in relevant marketing tools. ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ~ Passion for the mapping and mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup. ~ Fluent in English -- ~ you need to write all our marketing materials ~ Familiarity with micro mobility product marketing Startup and/or scale-up experience
