Proactively identify and target potential business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements. ~ Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and investors. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver superior customer experience ~ Master's degree or PhD in (molecular) biotechnology, or a related field. ~3-5 years of experience in business development or related function in a CRO or CDMO with a proven track record and established network within the biotech, pharmaceutical or related industry. ~ Fluent and professional English level. Fluent in a second or third language is a plus. ~ Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. ~ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies. ~ Enthusia stic, independent, self-directing team player with a can-do mentality.
