We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in EPDM in our office in Amsterdam!

Drive employee engagement and competitiveness with a clear benefits strategy for the EPDM Zone, which this role will be responsible for developing and owning while working closely with HR and the Global Benefits/Rewards team.

Own the benefits strategy for Europe and action plan with local markets to ensure strategy implementation.
Be aware of benefits trends, regularly reflecting this in the zone strategy.
Design and own core benefits in the UK & Netherlands; provide support and expertise on benefits across the Rest of Europe.
Work with Local HR to ensure they are knowledgeable on benefits offerings to manage benefits queries (NL & UK); act as an escalation for benefits questions.
Support with audits and compliance checks.
Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration of benefits.
Own benefits projects and support projects where expertise is required.
Partner with the Global Rewards and Benefits team to ensure alignment with Global projects.
Accountable for benefits invoicing and PO Management.
Prior benefits management experience required (5 Years).
Experience in UK and NL benefits required, rest of Europe beneficial.
Knowledge of statutory laws in the UK and NL.
