Senior | 32 - 40h | Beuningen, Netherlands We are seeking an experienced and driven Principal Chemical Engineer to join our R&D team. You will play a leading role in the innovation and development of new chemical technologies, particularly focusing on protective coatings for wafer dicing. With over 10 years of industrial experience, you will bring your expertise to lead complex chemical projects, collaborate closely with customers and suppliers, and contribute to the hardware development of our chemical systems. In this senior role, you will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, setting the benchmark for chemical development within our systems. Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, customers, and partners within the ASMPT high-tech network. Drive the industrialization and commercialization of chemical developments, transforming them into high-volume production. Ensure seamless coordination between technical teams and commercial objectives, integrating chemical advancements into business strategies. Master’s degree in Chemistry , with expertise in polymer chemistry (preferred) - 10+ years of industrial experience in chemical R&D, with strong project management skills - Collaborative, assertive, and capable of working effectively within a small team. - Fluent in English ; Dutch is a plus.
