We seek an experienced IT Support Engineer to maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware/software upgrades, and supporting the organization's technology needs. Responsibilities User & Device Management Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access rights across multiple systems. Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline user and device management. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot technology devices, including laptops, desktops, phones, TVs, and printers. Technical Support & IT Operations Provide timely technical support and resolve IT issues for internal staff. Maintain and manage the IT ticketing system to track and prioritize user requests. Establish clear processes for user support and ensure effective communication on request statuses. Network & Security Management Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure office WiFi, LAN, and user VPN access. Implement and improve user data backup and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure regular testing of backup and recovery protocols. Support cybersecurity initiatives and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-5 years of experience in IT administration, network management, or systems administration. Proficiency in managing Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is a plus). Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange or Google Workspace. Scripting experience or a strong desire to learn (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
