Due to the expansion of our retail store network Europe, we are looking for a team of Full and Part-Time Sales Associates for the new store recently opened in Roermond, Designer Outlet.

As a Tory Burch Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service, building our brand and driving our business through sales and clientele.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, an interest in people, fashion and style and exceptional sales skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Drive the business and deliver results;
• Achievement of personal sales objectives;
• Create the Customer Experience;
• Be able to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
• Represent the brand;
• Be a team player.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Customer Service in retail is desirable;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English and Dutch);
• Proven track record of sales;
• Availability to work flexible hours that adapt to business needs including weekend shifts.
