In our team we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Lead.

So, what will you do exactly? 

Job description

As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for continuing Designing and execute a scalable, effective marketing strategy for the company. The role requires a balance between strategic thinking and a practical hands-on execution to drive growth, brand visibility and leading a International (remote) team to success. Your focus will be on our Private and White label business. 

While reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for the Marketing strategy and execution of the company. 

Your main tasks will include :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing strategy aligned with company objectives 
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth in the Medical, Beauty & wellness, and Sport industries for our company
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of maerketing campaigns across various channels
• Develop and manage the use of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media, blogs and email campaigns
• Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and deliver measurable results
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI on all activities.
• Establish processes to track and report on KPIs and Marketing performance
• Stay ahead of industry developments, implementing innovative marketing practices.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team

Your skillset should include :

• You have affinity for technology and product development 
• Knowledge and interest in the beauty/wellness, sport/health, and medical industry
• Proven experience in Marketing in the field of beauty, sport, medical.
• Proven experience in Marketing in the field of Product development and Manufacturing
• A completed higher professional education with relevant work experience
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Marketing position
• You are entrepreneurial with insight and analytical skills 
• Flexible and positive attitude, ambitious and willing to learn
• You work precise, you’re social and stress resistant 
• You have good knowledge and experience with Marketing tools
• You have good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
• You are conscientious and well organized 
• Ability to work in an international team and independently 
• Willing to travel for work
