Redstone Commodity Search are working with a leading metals producer looking to hire a Sales Representative to join the team in Rotterdam

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Support sales execution and profitability for customer accounts, with a focus on maximizing production assets and margins.
Plan annual sales targets and ensure supply chain team meets them.
Manage sales contracts, approvals, and controls, ensuring financial goals are met.
Build customer relationships, resolve issues, monitor credit risks, negotiate customer contracts, maintain product forecasts, and collaborate with teams.
Role reports to the EU foundry sales manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in aluminium or industrial commodities.
Knowledge of sales processes, risk management, and technical basics.
Analytical, customer-focused, and able to balance short- and long-term goals.
Fluency in English needed, with German fluency being an advantage.
Located or willing to relocate to Rotterdam.
