The Young Technical Professional Program
This management development program is a co-creation of and Employer.  The goal is to train high potential candidates to be in years which normally takes about a minimum of years to make this jump. Training and coaching
An assessment is the basis for your Personal Development Plan which guides you through the phases YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL; YOU AND YOUR TEAM and YOU LEADING training blocks refer to communication and management skills and extended technical training.

Training and courses are offered by Training-on-the-job; the Academy and our Employer Academy. In addition you are coached and supervised by professional coaches, senior Employer professionals and senior engineers from . Innovative projects and "Open Your Mind" project
During the YTP program you participate in several multidisciplinary innovation projects at .  Next to your regular assignment you are involved in an "Open Your Mind" project. This is a () project. The goal is that you and other participants in the program learn to come to a project goal by yourself, build on your network and give a presentation to the Senior Management. It also trains skills as aligning stakeholders and time management and offers you a way to get to know a lot of different people. This new network will surely help you to find an assignment for your internship in your final YTP year.
