The Role

As a   Data Scientist at Zeno , your mission is to turn raw data into powerful insights that revolutionize how legal professionals search, analyze, and interact with legal information. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, search technology, and data science—uncovering hidden patterns, refining algorithms, and enhancing our search capabilities to deliver the most relevant and precise results.

What You’ll Work On

• Improve retrieval accuracy, ranking, and relevance using AI-driven approaches.
• Identify patterns, extract insights, and refine datasets to improve our platform’s intelligence.
• Build and test models that enhance search, document classification, and legal data analysis.
• Ensure our datasets are clean, structured, and optimized for AI processing.
• Work closely with software engineers, data architects, and domain experts to implement solutions that directly impact our users.
• Explore new methodologies, tools, and technologies to keep Zeno at the forefront of AI-driven legal tech.

• You are skilled in Python and have experience working with AI frameworks, search technologies, graph data science, or NLP.
